When it comes to real estate appraisal, there’s no one better to turn to than Holmes to Homes RPA. Jordanna L. Holmes is a designated Canadian Residential Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She comes from a family of appraisers that have worked in the industry for over 40 years.

Ms. Holmes is an experienced and dedicated professional with a diverse background in appraisal, marketing and consulting.

Her primary interest lies in the valuation of residential single-family homes, individual condominiums, town/patio homes, waterfront properties, acreage parcels, and vacant land. Her objective and unbiased opinions of value provide assistance to those who own, manage, sell, invest and lend money on the security of real estate.

Jordanna lives in Campbell River and is an avid traveller.

She enjoys playing soccer, hiking, tennis, badminton, reading, and snuggling her Siberian.
